You can cancel your trip by giving the travel agent (Diana Gutierrex) a call at 800-435-5375 ext. 33261
There will be cancellation fees. Fees are as follows:
- $35 per person cancellation after initial deposit.
- 90-56 days prior to sailing: $150.00 per person Penalty
- 55 -30 days prior to sailing: 50% per person penalty
- 29-15 days prior to sailing: 75% per person penalty

For cabins for 3 or more people, you will need to call the travel agency directly at 800-435-5375 to speak to an agent. The group name is “Vacation done right”
You will need a passport for all travelers. For kids and teens 17 and under, they can bring a copy of their birth certificate if they don’t have a passport, but it’s strongly advised that everyone gets a passport. You can obtain one from your local post office.
